It is becoming increasingly difficult to find and retain good staff. As a result of low birth rates over the last few decades in Germany, there is a lack of qualified young people and the situation will not really improve noticeably through migration for many years to come.

Our personnel packages all have a very attractive price-performance ratio, because recruiting does not necessarily have to be expensive:
We do not charge pro rata annual salaries after recruitment, as parts of the recruitment consultancy industry still believe they can. It’s better not to enter into such contracts.
